I’m renting out the master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and a large closet. The bathroom has a large bathtub and a shower and space for shelves, as well as a lot of space around the sink. There is a in-house washer/dryer. Bills are about $80-120 once split depending on the season (water, electric/gas, and Verizon fios). There is a nursery room I use as a storage room that you can also store things in.

The home is in a very quiet neighborhood with its own driveway. It’s about a 10min drive to the highway. There is also a shed for bikes and such. The living room is a shared space and I barely cook so the kitchen is all yours (gas oven and stove). Close by is the laburnum shopping center, Main Street/shockoe bottom, the vcu hospital, and it’s right next to the James river and Capitol trail. I am open to a potty trained small/medium dog (<30lb) that is friendly with other dogs.

About the roomies

Only roommate is myself, the homeowner and a 8yo Pomeranian who loves people. I am a 33yo queer Asian woman and work full time in-office nearby. I am a pretty quiet introverted individual with lowkey hobbies and am a homebody. The house is 420 friendly but I would prefer if you would smoke outside or out the window. I do not often have people over and expect similar, and the house is shoes-off. Only shared chore is the kitchen, the rest I clean myself.
