We’re offering a comfortable 14x14 ft room in a brand new home that’s never been lived in. You’ll share the bathroom with one other renter and enjoy a calm, friendly household.
The homeowner’s daughter will also be living here, so female roommates are preferred to keep the home environment comfortable for everyone.

She enjoys a quiet lifestyle, spends much of her time studying and working, and has a love for small pets, especially dogs. We are seeking respectful, considerate tenants who take pride in maintaining a clean, well-cared-for home and being good neighbors.
