-$850/month which covers utilities, AC, Wi-Fi, trash, sewer, water, electricity, and HOA fees.

-Opening Aug 5, 2026

-About a 20-minute drive to downtown Boulder, 4-minute walk to a bus stop, 3-minute drive to King Soopers grocery in Louisville, and 2-minute walk to the beautiful Coal Creek running/biking trail.

-Common areas furnished and decorated. In-unit washer and dryer.

-Roommates of any gender are welcome!

-I am looking to adopt a pair of cats this fall, so must be okay with pets.

Three other roommates, all musicians and grad students at the University of Colorado, two women and one man. We enjoy a clean house and a friendly environment where we can hang out with each other and relax.
