2 story layout, 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath, 2 living room areas, ample storage, and a backyard space. You’d have a room overlooking the backyard with great morning/afternoon sunlight and would share a bathroom with one other person. Amenities include a dishwasher, in-unit laundry, easy parking, and a great location in the south end of Bend. There is no A/C, however, we have many fans and are strategic about air flow in the summer so the house doesn’t get too warm. Pet friendly is a must as there are already 2 cats and 1 dog in the space, as well as several aquariums. No more dogs per landlord’s request, but other animals welcome as long as they are respectful to ours.

We are three queer women in our mid to late twenties who have lived in this space together for almost 2 years. Occasionally we all hangout together in common spaces, share a meal, watch a movie, or go out as a group, but we also like to do our own independent thing in the space. Two of the roommates are an engaged couple. The home is alcohol and weed friendly, we just ask that you please keep all smoke outside the home.
