This is a very nice, quiet furnished room away from the street, surrounded by 5 acres. The room windows open onto the side yard. The house is back off the road in a nice suburban area. Wildlife that lives on or passes through the property includes deer, chipmunks, rabbits, turkeys, foxes, field mice, and coyotes. Two small female dogs already live here, but we could discuss another dog. The room available is furnished with a chest of drawers, a dressing table, a side table, and a double bed. (Air conditioner.) Shared spaces include the full kitchen and living/dining room, the basement with access to the Washer/Dryer, the clothesline, and the grounds outside. Lovely flower gardens, outdoor furniture, and a vegetable garden. (There is a horse on the property.)

The owner is a retired artist and writer who lives in the upstairs bedroom. The other occupant is a middle-aged man who works at a factory.
