Hello me and my roommate are looking for someone to take over rent in the master bedroom of our apartment. Rent is 810$ a month Utilities are split evenly between all roomates The room comes with: -private balcony with outside storage attached -private bathroom -walk in closet The apartment comes with: -access to community pool -in unit washer and dryer, and payed on sight washer and dryers -dish washer -1 cat & 1 dog (however the dog is being rehomed soon) -shared kitchen -unassigned parking for all residents Move in cost will be 910$ and room should be free by august 1st, Preferably someone in their 20s Open to couples We ask that you be cleanly, njce, and lgbtq+ friendly. No smoking inside the actual apartment.

Hi I’m Alex, I’m a friendly and cleanly person who works full time, I rent one out of the two smaller bedrooms. Also in the apartment is my roommate Scottlyn she also works full time and rents out the second small bedroom. She is also very friendly and cleanly. We both like to cook and listen to music and have a shared vynil collection in the living room.
