My current tenant lease agreement ends August 31, 2026. I will be leasing the front of my home out. The space will be available around September 15, 2026. My home is located near Rosecrans and Central on a quite well kept street with lots of street parking. The space will include a private entrance, large living room and bathroom. For privacy that part of the house is closed off with the kitchen in the center of the house. This is only for a single people no couples. I live in the back of the house which has its own private entrance. Once my current tenant moves out the space will be freshly painted and repairs made.

The available room is similar to the pictures of my guestroom. The available room will be painted and professionally cleaned before you move in..
