There are actually 2 rooms available but it doesn’t have the option to list multiple. Each room comes with queen bed if you need it. 1 room has a roll top desk if you need it. Storage shed on property. Each room has dedicated parking on that side of the house. Gym in garage available for adults only. House has central heating and air. Shared kitchen and laundry room. House is off of Airport rd and Nye do about 5 minutes to 580, 30 minutes from reno. 10 minutes to Walmart on college pkwy. My street is a court so pretty quite. So the neighbors are cool. Deer are always walking down the street. It’s nice.
About the roomies
I am a single 54yo retired disabled vet that works part time. I have a spayed German shepherd who is very friendly with everyone she knows. I also have a spayed cat who is indoor outdoor. They have their own door and come and go as they please. I also raise brown egg chickens so you’ll always have fresh eggs. $20 a month to help cover the feed.
