Nice, roomy home with living room, dining room, big kitchen, laundry and some storage space. Sweet little patio outside The room itself is small but clean with queen size bed and other furniture available if wanted. Separate bathroom is right across the hall. Safe, quiet 55+ neighborhood near Safeway, hwy 101 and 12, and Finley Park. Access to clubhouse and pool.

I’m a grandma and a teacher and have two cats. Grandkids and class pets ( turtles, rabbit) visit sometimes. I leave early and come home late, but like to cook and relax in the living room when I get home and on weekends. I don’t have a TV, but I do have a piano. It’s a pretty quiet, peaceful place.
