The private room itself comes equipped with a queen bed, smart TV, dresser, and closet. The room comes with a lockable door for privacy.

The other housemate works during the week and typically travels on weekends, so he isn’t around much either. When he is home, he prefers a peaceful, relaxed atmosphere.
