Hi! Looking for a female roommate for a 2 bed / 2 bath starting June 1. $1,297 per month + utilities. Located on Felspar right across from the park. Pretty quiet but still walking distance to everything, about 1 block up from Trader Joe’s and 7 blocks to the beach. Laundry onsite, bike storage in the courtyard and 1 parking spot (street parking is usually no problem). Was just renovated before we moved in so everything is brand new. Walking distance to everything along Garnet and Mission.

I’m originally from Oregon, 25 years old, keep my space clean, and work in travel and hospitality PR in Banker’s Hill area. I like to go out but also like a relaxed night in. Love to be outside, try new food spots, and explore the city. On weekdays I’m typically gone 9-6:30 and go to the gym after, while on the weekends I like to go to the beach, spend time with friends, go on day trips and go out.
