I live in a 3 bedroom 3 full bath town home with access to three pools. The neighborhood is in Otay Ranch, walking distance from the mall and a new plaza with restaurants, grocery stores, shopping and beautiful trails.

I have an available large bedroom with a private full bathroom with pool and mountain views. The pool is literally right across the street from the house, which also has cabanas and a grill, perfect for entertaining.

I am looking for a young professional with a stable income, drama free, very clean, and responsible with bills. I am looking for someone who is courteous, kind and treats the home in a respectful manner. I live an active lifestyle, working out and traveling often.
