About the room
This apartment is on the top floor, 3rd floor, only accessible by stairs. There’s a small balcony, hardwood floors throughout, washer & dryer in unit, dishwasher in unit, large windows. The entire apartment is about 775 sq .ft. This apartment is right next to a gas station and a Dutch Bros. There is a shared living room/kitchen/bathroom but the bedroom is unfurnished. Utilities, wifi, garbage, water included in rent price.
About the roomies
I am off during the summer and work school hours during the school year. I have two cats who are very calm cats who don’t get into anything. I am a pretty chill roommate who will be respectful, quiet, and clean; I just ask for the same from any potential roommates. My current roommate is moving out by August so the room will be available by then. You will have to apply through my property management, who will run a background check and have a fee for the application, prior to moving in. You will also be responsible for getting renters insurance for yourself. I am only accepting female potential roommates. Please let me know if you have any questions or are interested in the room :)
