Hello,
I currently have a room in my house available. I have a 4 bed, 2 bath home in the Kempsville area of Virginia Beach. 2 of the bedrooms are open, and the other I just use as an office. You would have your own room and bathroom as well as access to the living room and kitchen. I am the only occupant. No pets or drugs. Rent would be $800/mo and include utilities including WiFi. Ready to move in. Will furnish for you or you can move your own belongings in.
