It is a quiet condo located close to LSU. Close to everything. Right at the gates of LSU located close to The Chimes and Chick-Fil-a. Private room with a shared bathroom. It is walking distance to the lakes and secured with a privacy gate.

About the roomies

It is just me, I bought the condo and have an extra room available. I would love a roommate! The complex is very quiet and close to everything LSU. I like to stay to myself and am tidy. I am 40 y/o and am in school. My son currently lives at his dads house so there are no kids here regularly, but I would love it if you have one who can stay over.
