This room is in a quiet 4 bedroom 3 bathroom single story house. The room has hardwood floors. There are a washer and dryer available. There is no smoking in or near the house. There is plenty of street parking available. We are very close to Trader Joes, LA fitness, Ralph’s and CVS.
About the roomies
I ( Betsey) am the home owner more accurate I pay the mortgage. I am retired but I keep pretty busy a lot of the time. My roomie works at Community Memorial Hospital full time and is 32. She is very quiet and a very nice person.
