About the room

OCEAN VIEW WITH ALL UTILITIES INCLUDED!

I’m looking for a roommate to move into the bottom floor of my two-story townhouse in the heart of Manhattan Beach. The setup:

You’ll have the entire first floor with an ocean-view balcony as your private living space. (Pictures with the couch/kitchen show the first floor — couch and all other furnishings will be removed before move in unless otherwise agreed to).
I’ll be on the second floor.
The kitchen (first floor) and bathroom (second floor) are shared.
Plenty of privacy while still sharing the home.

A few important things to know: I have a young toddler who lives with me part of the time, so I’m looking for someone who is comfortable living in a family-oriented home. This is a quiet household—not a party house. I’m looking for someone who is respectful, clean, and understands that there won’t be late-night parties, excessive drinking, drugs, or bringing home random overnight guests. If you’re looking for a peaceful place to come home to, you’ll likely be a great fit.

I’m hoping to find someone who:

Has stable income and pays rent on time.
Is clean and respectful of shared spaces.
Communicates well.
Values a calm, drama-free living environment.

About the roomies

I’m a 38 y/o professional with a two year old daughter who splits time between her mother and I. I am either working, with my daughter, or enjoying the beach and life in the South Bay. I like basketball and all sports, music (down to go to any concerts and shows!), and drama-free people.
