There are 3 private rooms in a house with a shared bath (females only) available now. All utilities included! No extra bills. Summer special! Inquire about the new school year.

Rooms are near UC Riverside, Riverside Community College, and Cal Baptist University campus. UCR 3.5-miles, 8-10 minute drive. RCC 2.8-miles, 7 minutes drive. CBU 7.6-miles, 12 minute drive. Medical student/professional welcome! Near Arrowhead Hospital, Riverside Community Hospital.
