Hello! We’re looking for a wonderful female housemate to join us in our spacious, light-filled 4BR/2.5BA home in north Encinitas (92024). We LOVE our home and think you will too!

Roomy bedroom with lots of natural light (~10’ x 14’) with a clean bathroom shared with 1 other woman. The house is bright and spacious with vaulted ceilings in the living/ dining area, a big backyard, in-home laundry, and garage storage. We’re located in north Leucadia — walkable to hiking trails, 10 minutes to the beach, grocery stores, shops and most essentials!

You’d be living with two women (40s/50s) and an awesome 14-year-old. We’re clean, respectful, and genuinely enjoy our home as a calm, healthy sanctuary. We keep a low-toxin environment, avoid synthetic scents and live a holistic lifestyle. We are a shoe-free household with No cats or dogs due to allergies. We are LGBTQ+ friendly.

We’re hoping to find someone who:
