Hello! I have a sunny master bedroom for rent in my split-level home located in Riverdale. The full bathroom is attached to the bedroom. This room has two large closets and shelves. Our neighborhood is very quiet, 15 minutes from the airport, and close to Southern Regional Medical Center.

We have a bed if needed, however, we can move it to the basement if it isn’t. We would share the main bathroom, kitchen, & laundry area/basement. It would be $850 per month (all bills included). A cleaner will bi-weekly for our shared spaces.

Currently, it is myself (27F, Accountant), my sister (29F, Nail Tech), and our two sweet kitties, Ruby & Jinxy. Our cats are shy yet kind, but don’t vibe well with other pets.

We both pick up after ourselves and mind our business. We are respectful of others and quiet in the evening hours. I am very friendly and open to making friends, but no pressure of course. I like to bake, cook, read, watch Love Island, and doomscroll on my phone. We would appreciate if our prospective roommate did not have too many guests over.
