Large room (10X15) available August 1, 2026, with some flexibility on the move in date in a beautiful spacious 3-bedroom home in Goleta, near Lake Los Carneros. This is a safe, quiet, and peaceful neighborhood. The rent is $1595.00 monthly (includes All utilities/fast speed internet and landscaping and cleaning services) Security deposit is: $1500.00.

The new tenant will share the bathroom with another roommate as well as the rest of our home, including kitchen, living room, entertainment room and outdoor areas, etc. Full size washer/dryer and plenty of off-street parking, and some storage in the garage.

We are friendly and easygoing, but this is not a party house. We are hoping to find a roommate who appreciates a clean, calm, safe space with good positive energy. With you, there will be 3 housemates to share this lovely home.
