This bright, sunny, upstairs room has a large walk-in closet and a full, private bathroom with a tub and shower. There’s a large shared living room downstairs and a laundry closet with washer and dryer.
The home is located right next to the entrance to Virginia Walker Park, so there is a forested area with walking trails right behind the house. The house is also just a mile from downtown.
The other roomies are all guys. Two are in their late twenties and work in local schools. The other has recently retired. Each tenant is responsible for 1/4 share of the utilities (electricity, trash and water, and internet). The utilities currently run around $150 per person, per month (but may be less in spring and fall when electricity costs are lower). People of all ages are welcome to apply. This is a quiet house.
