I have 3 rooms for rent in my spacious house, $1.100 master bedroom and $900 dollars per each smaller rooms. Each rooms have their own private bathroom (Keyed if needed) and one half bath for general use. Parking is provided inside the 3 car garage for each tenant, Please note, the $800 dollars fee per one room does not included garage parking unless you decide to pay the extra $100 dollars. Full access to kitchen, dinner, family room and laundry. Sorry…no pets, no smokers

I live 5 minutes from the house itself and most of my visitations will be related to yard maintenance so remember you would be renting a room and not the whole house
