The private room is available in a spacious three bedroom house. The available room has one and a half closets, three windows, and wooden floors (same as throughout the rest of the house) and can be furnished with a (bed, nightstand, lamp, etc.) if needed. The individual would share a bathroom with one of the roommates. The other roommate has a private bathroom attached to his room.

The house is in a great central location – approx. 5 minute drive to the Princeton Junction train station, 5-7 minute drive to downtown Princeton and Princeton University, and very close proximity to Route 1. The house is fully furnished but feel free to bring your own furniture (basement storage available). The house is spacious with one and a half living rooms, dining room, and full kitchen. There are large, beautiful windows throughout the house, providing a lot of natural light. It has central heating and A/C. There is a large backyard with a stone fire-pit and a large front yard. There is a parking spot available in the driveway. Washer and dryer in the basement.

The two roommates are young professionals (male and female) in their late 20s and early 30s. We prefer another individual (gender identity does not matter) around the same age and who has lived in a shared living environment before. Ideally, a professional or graduate student. One of us works mostly in the office (9-5) with some remote work days for a nonprofit education foundation in Princeton. We are both very clean and we need a roommate who will keep up with routine housework (dishes, sweeping, etc.) on their own. Once a month we hire professionals to deep clean the house.

We enjoy making meals together, watching tv/movies, gardening, and taking walks (great neighborhood for walking). We’re looking for a roommate who might enjoy similar things. One of the roommates has a sweet and playful two year old goldendoodle who would love to be your new friend. We are open to cats but prefer no additional dogs in the house.
