House rules / schedule: Tenant must be respectful of a night-shift schedule. Quiet hours are required from approximately 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM (host sleeping) and after 1:00 AM (host arriving home and winding down). Ideal tenant works days or evenings and is generally out during morning hours.

About the roomies
I’m a 49 year old male and who works as a Paratransit driver afternoons and evenings 5 days a week. I leave for work around 1:20 PM and get home around 12:45 PM. I currently don’t have any pets. I’ll be the only other person living in the condo.
