🏡 Looking for a Clean, Professional Roommate! (6-12 Month Lease)

I am looking for a responsible, working professional to rent a room in my home. I run a very active dog sitting business from my house from time to time, so you must absolutely love animals and be completely comfortable around dogs! Because I work from home and manage clients, maintaining a clean, structured, and respectful environment is my top priority.

🧹 The Number One Rule: Cleanliness I cannot stress this enough: you must be clean and pick up after yourself. If you leave dishes in the sink, leave messes in the bathroom, or rely on others to clean up behind you, this will not be a good fit. I need a roommate who respects shared spaces and takes pride in keeping the house clean.

📋 The Non-Negotiables • Professional Working Class Only: You must have stable, verifiable employment. • Animal Lover: Mandatory! There will be dogs in the home. • Absolutely NO Smokers: No smoking or vaping in or around the property. • Length of Stay: 6 to 12 month lease only.

💰 Financials • Monthly Rent: $1100 to 1200 per month beginning on the 1st of the month • Utilities: Are included water, electricity, gas and internet • Security Deposit: $500 strict deposit required prior to moving in.

📝 Required Documents for Approval To be considered for the room, you must be prepared to provide: • Valid Photo I.D. • Proof of Employment (Recent pay stubs) • Clean Criminal Background Report • Personal/Rental References

🏠 Additional House Rules & Vibe • Guest Policy: Because of the dogs and my home business, there is no heavy foot traffic or constant overnight guests allowed. • Shared Spaces: The kitchen, bathroom, and living areas must be wiped down and cleaned after your use. • Quiet Hours: We all work hard and need our rest, so please be mindful of noise levels.

This home is in a fantastic, convenient location just minutes from the Philadelphia and Cherry Hill areas! Your rental comes with driveway parking so you never have to worry about the street, full use of the property washer and dryer, and access to a backyard space.
