About the room
Need roommate in nice first floor apartment in quiet complex. Lived here for 2 1/2 years. Roommate moving out. Good neighbors and in Cazenovia. Very picky about roommate as I am a quiet and respectful person, but am easy going. I am a retired family man and worked for the state for many years. Female or male roommate. I am used to living with females. My ex wife has been my roommate until now. Rent is evenly split and if female you may have the bigger bedroom ( more private of the bedrooms) and has a half bath and a walk in closet in the room. The other common bathroom has the shower. No drugs, loud people or drama!
About the roomies
Older, quiet, active man. Love family, sports, politics, music, semi-retirement. Ex wife has been roommate until now. Nice quiet neighbors.
