There’s a full bathroom, kitchen, and there’s an in-unit washer and dryer. The apartment comes furnished with a flatscreen TV. There’s sufficient storage in the kitchen, bath, and the bed frame comes with drawers. The unit is right next to the pool. There’s a complementary shuttle that takes residents to and from the SDSU trolly stop. The majority of residents are college age (undergrad and graduate — 18 to 30) however there are military (mostly navy) and families.
I will be transferring this lease to you so you would be living in this unit alone.
