I am the owner of the house. My son is currently in college for the next three years and occasionally comes home to visit. I am a professional with a busy schedule and a small dog. I am easy going ,outgoing and an active person who loves to cook. I am looking for someone who is respectful and compatible to live with. Cleanliness is important and tenant should be responsible for cleaning their space; bathroom , bedroom, kitchen and living area.
