First floor room, with bathroom right next to it as well as shared washer/ dryer right next to it. Shared kitchen with dishwasher. Room for some storage in the basement. Shared dining room and living room with large flat screen TV. Pretty plants. Screened in porch, spacious yard with hammock and grill, awesome neighorbood with walkable food etc.

I am a musician and teacher, sometimes I have a friend over, as you’re welcome to do, but am mostly quiet and to myself. I have a very sweet elderly cat. Am easy going and keep the place tidy and clean.
