Roommate Wanted – Spacious 3 Bed / 2 Bath Apartment in Watertown

My current roommate is moving out and I’m looking for one roommate to share a beautiful, spacious 1,700 sq. ft. two-floor apartment on Galen Street in Watertown.

The Apartment

• 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms
• Approximately 1,700 sq. ft.
• Two floors with plenty of living space
• Dedicated office
• Walk-in pantry
• Private laundry in the basement
• Off-street parking included (no additional cost)
• Third bedroom is kept as a shared guest room / second living room rather than another rental bedroom

Rent

• $1,200/month per person
• Utilities average $150–300/month per person (Utilities are split evenly and vary depending on the season and overall usage, with heating costs typically being higher during the winter months.)

Move-in date: September 1st (flexible)

Looking For

Ideally, I’m looking for a female roommate who is a working professional (or similarly responsible), financially stable, clean, organized, respectful of shared spaces, and communicates well. I’d love to live with someone who enjoys having a peaceful, comfortable home.

Side note: My current roommate furnished much of the apartment with items from her previous home, so I will be furnishing the large living room, dining room, and kitchen areas. About Me

I’m a mature female in her mid 20s who works as a clinician in the substance use/ mental health field. Outside of work, I’m also an artist and enjoy having creative projects that keep me busy. I have a pretty consistent routine and value having a home that feels calm, clean, and organized.

I enjoy rock climbing, spending time outdoors, staying active, and exploring new places. I’m often away on weekends, either spending time outside, visiting friends, or traveling. I also have a boyfriend who I spend a good amount of time with, so I’m looking for someone who is comfortable with a roommate having a partner who visits sometimes.

I enjoy having friends over occasionally for low-key gatherings, dinners, or hanging out, but I’m not someone who has a constant stream of people coming through. I’m respectful of shared spaces and am looking for a roommate who values open communication, cleanliness, and creating a comfortable home environment.
