About the room

The room is approximately 9x10 feet with a closet that does not have a door. It has been maintained and never been smoked inside of. Rent includes wifi and water. Bathroom would be shared with male roommate. Stuff is slowly being moved out of the room. Pictures will be updated as this continues. We have two cats!

About the roomies

Hi there Im Franco 😎! Me and my bestie Stephany are looking for a new roommate to share our three bedroom apartment. Our friend needs to move back home and we are hoping someone can fill that slot come August. We are 27 and 23 years old respectively. Our lifestyles vary a bit. Stephany enjoys going out to dance and I love staying home, but you can catch us both doing either, as well as sharing a drink at home after work. We enjoy our homey vibe, so If you prefer a very clutter free common space, we might not be the best fit. We do however enjoy a clean space and dedicate a day of the week to deep clean, as well as doing dishes daily, spot cleaning, ect… We are ideally looking for a female roommate for the sake of Steph’s comfort, but are open to men as well. I partake in recreational marijuana, and Steph smokes cigarettes. Per our landlords instructions, cigarettes are only smoked in the outside patio.
