The apartment comes (mostly) furnished, and includes plenty of open parking, high ceilings, and a balcony with a beautiful view. Great location! It’s a short walk to grocery stores, RTC, the Light Rail, and Grasslawn Park.

Lease will start September 1st, but you are free to move in beforehand! Your part of the rent is $1650, additional utilities are electricity and internet, which comes out to ~$170 per person

I’m currently working as a game dev! I love art, baking, and all nerdy stuff (D&D!). I enjoy hiking and go rock climbing on a regular basis :)
