🏡 Looking for 1–2 Female Roommates!

I have a 3 bed, 2 bath duplex located between Goddard and Wichita, and I’m looking for 1 or 2 female roommates. It’s just me living here right now since my original roommate’s plans changed for personal reasons.

I’m in the master bedroom, so the two bedrooms that share a bathroom are available. I’m open to either:

• 1 roommate (rent would be $750/month), or
• 2 roommates if you have a friend who also needs a place (rent would be split evenly into thirds).

Utilities are not included in rent and will be split evenly based on the number of people living in the house.

The duplex features:

• 🛏️ 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms
• 🚗 2-car garage
• 🌳 Good-sized fenced backyard
• 🍽️ All kitchen appliances included

I’m still working on getting a refrigerator, washer & dryer, and a couch, and the shared bathroom is currently unfurnished, but everything else is ready.

I have a Mini Australian Shepherd, so I’d love someone who’s dog-friendly! If you have a dog, we can arrange a meet-and-greet to make sure they get along. Otherwise, I’m not looking to add any other pets.

The home is available now, and there is a landlord application with what I believe is a $250 application fee.

I’m ideally looking for female roommates around 18–23 years old, preferably college students or young professionals, who are respectful, clean, and easy to live with.

A little about me! 😊

I’m 20 years old and a junior in college, hoping to get into the nursing program this December. In my free time, I love shopping, getting my nails done, going on coffee runs (especially 7 Brew ☕), and taking my Mini Australian Shepherd on walks.

I’d really love to become friends with my roommate(s), not just share a house. It would be fun to have someone around my age to grab coffee, run errands, or just hang out with from time to time.
