I’m offering a zero security deposit and a 2-week ‘visitor dry run’ before a commitment. The property allows 2-week visitors before you would have to sign a lease.

The room is currently unfurnished but if you need it furnished I could provide a twin bed, dresser and TV.

You could use my ’small“ storage unit located 3 miles away free of charge

Im a remote employee, In the healthcare sector working from home behind a computer and monitor all day. I am quirky not OCD, but I do enjoy a clean home. I’m very disciplined with my nutrition and cook most of my meals at home. I have several passions, one of which is Wellness- Currently working on (3) additional to add to my spin instructor certification, & weekend adventures in my conversion van, Ruby! I’m known by others as Walking Sunshine and the Energizer.

I’m over courteous, considerate and respectful of others I hope to find the same. I’d like to have a phone discussion first and then meet for coffee or a walk after and hopefully by then each of us will be prepared to make a decision.

Optimal roommate would be on the quieter side. Goes to bed at an early hour like 10, :00 or 11 :00 pm ’during the week, your job is “out” of the home, you clean up after yourself

Utilities:

Electric split Water: $50 each (flat monthly fee), Included: garbage, pest control, use of small storage unit , covered parking and internet included. “Let’s be fair here, we’re here to help each other” Happy to provide the dry products such as toilet paper, paper towels and cleaning products.

** Must pass criminal background because you will have to sign the lease too (the leasing properties criteria)
