About the room

Hi! My name is Callum (age 22) and I am looking for a roommate to move in at the end of September/ beginning of October 2026! The lease is either going to be at 6 months or a year depending on what works best for the two of us! The apartment is a second story apartment with only stair access no elevator, my neighbors (as of current) are all very quiet, I have never had any problems. Very chill area. My roommate that is moving out is leaving a queen size bed so there will be a bed available! The rent itself is $714 a month right now but will potentially fluctuate by 30 bucks or so by the time I renew. The rent includes utilities and what not the only thing not in that is SRP and potential internet (hoping to get it included in the rent with the renew.) I do have a senior cat and I am not able to have any other animals come in (she’s not fond of other animals) she is the sweetest with people though! I do smoke weed and I am transgender so definitely need someone chill and not weird about that stuff :) I would love to chat with anyone who thinks they would actually be a good fit here, if anyone has questions about dynamics or anything feel free to reach out!

About the roomies

I do art a lot and am very crafty, got a very whimsical vibe here :) would love to have someone who is also whimsy come on in but not entirely necessary haha! The apartment is very close to a lot of stores as well; winco, walmart, costco, frys, and a good dispo and smoke shop!
