About the room

Room for rent in Manassas area right by sudley/sudley manor. You will get your own bedroom and bathroom as well as your own parking spot. All utilities are included and you will have access to the kitchen as well as on site washer/dryer. I am looking for someone that is quiet and neat and has a steady income. No smokers, and no drugs/alcohol in the home. I have 2 dogs, but not looking for anyone to bring any other pets. Looking for male roommates only.

About the roomies

Quiet homebody here that works M-F from 7:30-5. When I come home I just like to relax. Easy to get along with as long as we both respect each other and follow rules.
