Located in Riverstone the house is four years old, where the room is barely occupied. Fully carpeted two large windows . Located right by the front door for easy access and less disturbance from the homeowners. tenant will be sharing the downstairs bathroom, which is used by guest as well. Will have full access to refrigerator and stove unfortunately no washer and dryer for the tenant and street parking for the vehicle. For comfort, no guest overnight no pets unless small reptiles that’s OK no smoking in the room. Tenant will also be responsible for keeping the room clean.

Two adults mid 30s two children, two medium size dogs a boxer and a doodle must be OK to be around them as they are indoor and outdoor dogs. For the most part, we are quiet with a few gatherings on weekends mostly outside.
