Located in the beautiful Tehachapi Ca in a community of Alpine Forest. A unfurnished downstairs room is available with 2 closets. Access to the rest of living quarters, Living room, Kitchen, Laundry room, front and back yard. Carport parking. Yard is fenced.

No smoking in the house or over night guest or parties. I work long days, I have a upstairs roommate and my son lives in the studio not in the house. I have 3 dogs and 3 cats they stay in my room or play outside. I know everyone’s situation is different so please do hesitate to ask me if you have certain needs or requirements you are looking for in a space.
