Oxford Charter Township, MI 48371

I am renting out a bedroom in my 2,200 sq foot colonial home; located on a culdesac in a family oriented, middle-class subdivision in Oxford (5 minutes from both downtown Oxford & downtown Lake Orion). Please see below for more property details.

-Bedroom: All 4 bedrooms are located on the second level of the house. The rental bedroom is on the opposite end of the hall from the master, and there’s plenty of space between. There’s a closet (average bedroom sized). I have a desk, dresser and full memory foam bed (<1 year old with mattress protection) available if desired! If it’s not needed, I can clear it out for your own furniture. There’s a new ceiling fan with a dimmer light. Window with backyard view (plenty of birds in the trees to be seen / heard!).

-Yard: Well manicured. Fenced in backyard with a patio, mature trees, grill, birdfeeders, trampoline, hammock.

-Basement: Unfinished but plenty of space is available for you if storage if needed by tenant.

-Garage: 2 car in size, but no parking space. Many tools available for use if needed. Deep freezer with space also available for use.

-Bathroom: Technically shared but only part time with my 2 young daughters (ages 9 & 4) who will typically only be at the home every other week. Their father and I will have a 50/50, week on / week off parenting schedule. There are 2 sinks and plenty of drawers, cabinet space. I can dedicate a sink for them and a sink for you. We are clean freaks so I will keep it clean in there, too! I have my own bathroom in the master so it’ll just be for you and the girls (sometimes). There’s also a half bath on the main level of the home.

-Living room, kitchen & dining room are free to be used anytime! I rarely hang out in the living room (busy mom- don’t stop moving lol) and the kids have a play room with a TV, so I’m totally happy to share that living space some of the time with the right housemate.

Enough about me.. I have 2 daughters - they will be 9 and 4 in August. They’re good kids and love to play outside, in their playroom, and with the dogs.

Yes, I have dogs! Rosie is a 7 year old, 100lb American bulldog who is the sweetest lover girl. Lily is a 3 year old Australian cattle dog mix, who is shy to warm up to strangers but the best cuddler & sidekick once she gets to know ya. She much prefers females (girl power, haha). Both will greet you with tail wags when you get home and make you feel special! They’ll want to cuddle and be by you once they get to know you, so hopefully you’re a dog person.
