About the room

All of the home, including the washer and dryer, is furnished except for the bedroom furniture and linens. It’s in a very nice, quiet and safe mobile home park. The home is a split floor plan so you’ll have your bedroom and private full bathroom on one end of the home and I have my bedroom and bathroom on the other end. The living room and kitchen is in the middle. The home was built in 2024 and is just a few blocks from Hwy 77 and is conveniently located close to both 23rd St and Lynn Haven. The home sits at an angle so there is no other home on the one side. So it has a nice side yard. No noisy apartment shared walls to deal with. :-) The back yard has a picnic table and swings and charcoal grill. It’s very quiet and peaceful here in this mobile home park. There is a fully equipped kitchen with newer stainless steel appliances and the home has all high quality laminate wood floors that are waterproof. It has central air and is very insulated so really helps keep cost down on electric bill. Your half of the utilities would average around $150 a month which is really good. The home has a nice newer full size washer and dryer. I did purchase these and please ask that you respect my property and furnishings in the home and everything that is mine in the kitchen. You are welcome to use whatever you want but I do ask that you clean up after yourself when you use the kitchen. Other than that (and keeping your room and bathroom cleaned), I do take care of the rest of all the cleaning. No need to worry about any yard maintenance as that is all taken care of by the property owners. I prefer a single person but will consider a couple too, esp if you want to rent both of the bedrooms ($1150 + half utilities). Sorry, no children. Must have a good job and your own car. Please no pets, as I already have 2 small hypoallergenic dogs. Must have good credit and a background check. Please no smokers (including vaping). Absolutely no drugs tolerated. Rooms will be available in the next 30 days or so. My current roommates will be moving out soon and I will find out exactly when very soon. I look forward to hearing from you and meeting you soon.
