We are a 4-bed, 2-bath House located in the Highland Park neighborhood of Los Angeles (technically Montecito heights), very close to the Ave 43 exit off the 110. The available room is the only one on the bottom floor, and is the biggest room in the house (aside from one upstairs that is comparable in size, but L-shaped).

The 3 roomies upstairs share a bathroom, so the bathroom and shower downstairs are de facto private, a very nice feature. This downstairs room, in addition to being the most spacious, is also the room that stays coolest during the summers.

I am a 6’3“ guy with a lot of stuff (Desk, Books, PC, Guitars, Amplifiers, Bicycle) and I never felt like I needed more room. It’s a great spot, and I am sad that I have to give it up, but I am moving in with my fiancee…so this must be done.

The common areas include a kitchen, dining area, and living room with two couches and a large TV. There is laundry on-site (paid for through an app) and a large storage area. It’s honestly a perfect house for the area, hard to find something this nice at this price point.

A NOTE ON THE CANNABIS FRIENDLY THING: we are not the type of house that has bongs lying around, but we certainly don’t mind if you smoke. We’re not stoners but we are not sticklers either. Our last roomie was a stoner and we all got along just fine. Whatever you do in your room is your business, and nobody will mind!

The 3 roommates who will still be living here are men in their early 30s. Joe is an electrician with the Union, Nick is a bartender, and Ryan is the manager of the Margaritaville on Universal City Walk. They are all solid, respectful, and hard-working guys. Bills and Rent always get paid on time, and that (along with general tidiness/respect for common areas) is the most important quality to have in a roomie….reliable and chill!
