It’s part of a 3b2.5b in a lovely little townhome close to NCSU campus + right next to several bus stops. The unit has a small parking space as well as access to a community parking lot. The house has central AC, in-unit laundry, a beautiful front yard/garden area and a small back patio.
Two female roommates on the lease who are very sweet, social, communicative, and respectful of boundaries! Both are queer and plant-based (so prefer a roommate that is respectful, and who doesn’t eat meat) and they love to make art, dance, cook, and spend time outside. The house is very much a safe, calm, community-oriented space if you’re looking to live with more than just roommates. We like to keep the house tidy but colorful! I love them lots and am trying to find a good fit for the house to take over for me :’).
