Roommate will be moving out and taking some of their stuff with them so there should be some space for your stuff too. Includes one assigned parking spot that I’m usually in but more than happy to share.
Walking distance to the heart of North Park, with restaurants, bars, and multiple grocery stores like Vons and Sprouts. Super friendly, walkable neighborhood and connected to Normal Heights and City Heights.
