Aloha everyone! We are looking for a roommate for the third bedroom in our shared apartment. The place is located close to UHH, making it very convenient for students.

Rent: $650/month plus bills (usually around 30$) Lease: 6 months to start with The Space: You will have your own room, and we share a kitchen, one bathroom, and a living room. The property is relatively old, so there is no AC but the kitchen has a lot of appliances and plenty of storage. The room comes with a bed, desk and closet.

About Us: You would be sharing the apartment with two roommates in our early twenties. Me (23, F): I am an international student from Germany in my senior year at UHH studying Marine Science. I love traveling, exploring, sailing, and diving. Roommate 2 (23, M): He finished his undergraduate degree and is currently working.

The apartment is quite quiet most of the time, which is great for studying. However, we do enjoy hanging out in the living room sometimes or having friends over. We are looking for someone around our age (early twenties) who is clean and responsible. If you are interested, please send me a message with a little bit about yourself.
