I’m a older female in my 40’s and am subletting the living room/ den in the cute unique century home I rent. It’s a large room if you are creative it can have alot more potential. The landlord lives on site in the upstairs apartment and is a great landlord and address’s any issues within a fast timeline. I’m looking for a clean, respectful roommate that is easy going, and also respects other people and their space as well. No partying, cannabis friendly and smoking outside is okay.
