About the roomies
About Us: Currently, three of us live here, and we all share utilities, which include gas, electricity, water, sewage, and internet. There will only be two of us at end of July so we’re looking for a friendly, responsible roommate to join our household.

Room for rent, this will be a shared living space. 6 month lease. Renter will split the utilities, internet and house cleaning supplies (as needed). Will be responsible for cleaning up after themselves and keep their area clean. First months rent due at signing, followed by security deposit once moved in. Must have at least 4 recent paystubs to substantiate income. Must be willing to go through and pass background and credit check.
