The bedroom is small and bright, upstairs in a quiet, cozy, shared home. The room upstairs has a twin bed, and the bathroom is shared on the main floor. You’ll have full access to the fully furnished living room and kitchen with all the dishes, utensils, pots and pans. There is also a full-sized washer and dryer. Utilities are all included. There is an off-street parking spot and garage storage space available. There is a big, fenced backyard. I would consider a friendly dog. West Seattle has some great coffee shops, restaurants, parks, and lots of great water views nearby. The house is close to the bus and ferry. Please no cats and no smoking.

About the roomies

It’s only me in the house. I’m a quiet, upbeat, relaxed person. I love reading, movies, music, spending time in my yard, and I love really good coffee! I drink wine occasionally, and sometimes I like to cook and share a meal. I work from my home office. I don’t smoke, I’m not religious, and I lean toward liberal causes.
