Lease Options

• Short-term: Take over my lease from August through October 15, when my current lease ends.
• Long-term: Move in during August and sign a new one-year lease directly with the landlord.

The home is beautifully designed, well maintained, and has a warm, welcoming atmosphere. It features charming exposed brick, beautiful wood details, a spacious kitchen, and a very large refrigerator and freezer. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, utensils, and other cooking essentials for everyone to use. There is also a washer and dryer in the home. The landlords are kind and responsive, making for a comfortable living environment.

The bedroom is fully furnished and includes: A queen-size bed, desk and chair, two nightstands, a coffee table, and, an accent chair. The room also features: An exposed brick wall, a stylish pocket sliding door, ceiling spotlights that provide excellent lighting. To the right of the bedroom, there is a lounge area equipped with the pullout couch and a huge TV.

The bathroom is shared with two other roommates.

The house is shared with friendly, respectful, and relatively quiet working professionals and graduate students. I’m currently a J.D. student, two roommates are doctoral students, and two are pursuing their master’s degrees. Everyone is considerate and values keeping the home peaceful. The house is also home to two friendly cats.
