2 Rooms Available in Completely Updated Home

Looking for reliable roommates to join a quiet, well-maintained household. The entire home has been completely updated with brand-new Luxury Vinyl Plank (LVP) flooring throughout. The house features a spacious layout with an in-unit washer and dryer available for tenant use.

We have two distinct room options available, including a flexible arrangement for a family or group looking to rent both. Available Options:

Room 1 (Furnished with Private Bath): Includes a comfortable bed and a small dresser. Features its own private bathroom. Room 2 (Unfurnished with Shared Bath): A clean slate for your own furniture. This room shares a bathroom with my brother. Note for Families/Groups: If you would like to rent both rooms together, I am happy to relocate my brother to another section of the house so you can have two adjacent rooms next to each other.

About the Household & Expectations:

About Me: I work from home full-time, meaning I am easily accessible to quickly handle any maintenance issues or household questions that pop up. Pets: Pet-friendly!
